Terms of entry and use

These terms apply when you register for an event operated by TENNGER LLC or use this website.

Registration and payment

• Entry fees are shown in US dollars and charged at registration by TENNGER LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• An entry is confirmed when payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Taking part

• Outdoor endurance events carry real risk. Every entrant signs the event waiver and release before starting, and must be in good health and adequately prepared.
• Entrants follow the event rules, the directions of event staff and medical personnel, and the venue’s rules. We may remove an entrant who puts themselves or others at risk, without a refund.
• Entrants are responsible for their own equipment, travel and support crew.

Changes

We may change the course, schedule or venue when safety, weather, permits or circumstances beyond our control require it. We tell entrants as early as we can.
